Guillermo García specializes in structuring improvements to the protection offered by social security and its outsourcing instruments (insurance contracts and pension schemes) and in using them in business restructuring.

He advises large Spanish business groups and industrial and services multinationals on labor and social security matters on an ongoing basis, and has extensive experience in litigation in the labor courts.
