Tras la finalización del año 2024 con diversas Sentencias del Tribunal Supremo que han abordado aspectos transcendentes para las relaciones laborales (la audiencia previa o la indemnización adicional en el despido, entre otros), así como la entrada en vigor de nuevas normas en 2025 con trascendencia laboral o, en fin, de proyectos como la reducción de jornada, es un buen momento para realizar el repaso de estas y otras cuestiones de actualidad.
Con esta finalidad, tenemos el placer de invitarte a una nueva sesión de “Esenciales de laboral”, que celebraremos en nuestras oficinas de Barcelona el próximo jueves 13 de marzo.
Como en cada sesión, empezaremos con las novedades jurisprudenciales y analizaremos los temas más relevantes en derecho laboral en 2025 desde la perspectiva empresarial.
