Con la incorporación de directivos al consejo de administración se cuestiona la posibilidad de compatibilizar la relación mercantil de consejero con la relación laboral del directivo. Esta problemática, conocida como la «teoría o doctrina del vínculo», genera importantes consecuencias en el ámbito laboral, mercantil y fiscal que hace recomendable adoptar una serie de cautelas.
Durante la sesión se analizarán las implicaciones de esta situación y se expondrán las recomendaciones que permitirían una salida ordenada del directivo.
