Specialist in advising credit institutions, and finance and insurance companies on legal and tax matters, both on institutional matters and on marketing their products.

Adolfo Rovira has participated in many national and international transactions to merge and acquire credit institutions and insurance companies.

With over 20 years of experience in advising clients in the insurance, and pension funds and schemes sector, he has advised most of the firm’s clients on issues relating to their pension commitments, as well as on restructuring transactions implemented through insurance contracts.

He is the author of several national and international publications on the taxation of financial and insurance transactions. He regularly speaks on such matters at conferences and seminar and speaks at universities and other educational institutions on legal aspects of the financial and insurance sectors.

He has been vice chairman of the Morocco Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services in Spain since 2010, and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and of the Catalan Institute of Insurance Actuaries.
