Javier Calle advises resident and non-resident companies in
Spain on corporate taxation. He has extensive experience in advising on tax in
relation to large-scale transactions involving debt, including financing and
refinancing, issues, securitization, debt restructuring and purchases of
distressed loan portfolios, as well as on implementing investment structures in
Spain.
He also regularly advises large companies and investors in
the finance and real estate sectors on direct and indirect taxation.
He lectures in master programs in law at
IE Law School and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
He also lectures on courses, breakfast sessions and events
for clients and the firm’s lawyers.
