Le invitamos a esta sesión en la que se analizarán resoluciones de la Dirección General de Tributos, del Tribunal Económico Administrativo Central y sentencias de la Audiencia Nacional que traen causa del tratamiento que en el ámbito de los distintos impuestos deben darse a las rentas derivadas de instrumentos financieros y de productos de seguro. De esta forma, se revisará el criterio en el ámbito del IVA de productos o negocios financieros, recalificación de instrumentos financieros a los efectos de determinar su tratamiento fiscal o el concepto de beneficiario efectivo.
