Record Go registers first commercial paper program on Spanish Alternative Fixed-Income Market (MARF)
July 14, 2022
Cuatrecasas advised Record Go Alquiler Vacacional, S.A.U. on registering its first commercial paper program on the Spanish Alternative Fixed-Income Market (MARF), with a maximum limit of €50 million, to finance its working capital needs and new national projects in the car rental sector of the holiday market.

This program falls under Record Go’s strategy to diversify and optimize the costs of its financing sources. It can also make one or successive issues of commercial papers to qualified investors and professional clients on MARF.

The team advising on the transaction was led by Cuatrecasas lawyers Miguel Cruz, Gonzalo Terceño and Miguel Ángel Gonzalo Salazar.
