Specialist in Spanish and international corporate and acquisition financing, and in issues of fixed-income instruments (including securitization, bonds and promissory notes).

Miguel Cruz is an expert in Spanish and international securitization transactions and debt security issues, including corporate bonds, project bonds, high-yield bonds and promissory notes.

He also specializes in national and international corporate financing, including debt refinancing. Miguel regularly advises funds and financial institutions on buying and selling interests in syndicated loans.

From 2011 to 2012, he worked at Cuatrecasas’s London office where he participated in several international transactions.

He has lectured in the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and speaks regularly on master programs and courses at Universidad Carlos III, Universidad CEU and Afi Global Education.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
