SubscribeThe Portuguese Government has launched on October 30, 2023 a 10 business day period (i.e. November 14, 2023) for manifestation of interest by players planning to participate in the upcoming offshore wind auction.
The interested parties who formalize their expression of interest will be invited to engage in a dialogue phase aimed at discussing options regarding pre-qualification and bidding models.
The information to be provided is as follows:
1. Identification of the Interested Party:
a. Company Name;
b. Type of Company;
c. Tax Identification Number (TIN);
d. Registered Office;
e. Phone Number;
f. Email Address;
g. Commercial Certificate Code of the Interested Party (or a copy of the certificate).
2. Identification of the Contact Person with Authority to Represent the Interested Party:
a. Name;
b. Identification Number (Citizen Card or Passport);
c. Mailing Address;
d. Email Address.
3. Experience of the Interested Party:
a. Information about the Promoter (Consortium)
a) Presentation of the promoter/consortium (number of employees, offices, investment, revenue, among others);
b) Track record in the development of renewable energy projects (licensing, construction, installation, and operation commencement):
i. Onshore wind projects;
ii. Offshore wind projects;
iii. Other projects from renewable primary sources.
c) Experience in the operation and maintenance of renewable energy facilities:
i. Onshore wind farms;
ii. Offshore wind farms;
iii. Other facilities from renewable primary sources.
d) Indication of the plots of interest within the areas under public consultation related to Viana do Castelo, Leixões, and Figueira da Foz.
b. Financing models of the projects listed in sub-items i) and ii) of section b);
c. Development model of supply chain and assembly of projects listed in sub-items i) and ii) of section b).
