BTG Pactual grants refinancing to Inversiones Zoberph for real estate project

Cuatrecasas has advised Banco BTG Pactual (Cayman Branch) on the debt reprofiling for Inversiones Zoberph to develop and build the Juan de Arona real estate project in San Isidro, Lima (Peru). The borrower is controlled by the first investment fund specializing in residential leasing owned by the CCLA Group, launched in 2019.

The financing was initially granted in 2022 and was secured by an asset trust and a cash flow trust. Through this reprofiling, the interest rates were adjusted to reflect current market conditions, optimizing the loan performance.
