SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised BTG Pactual on structuring the financing granted to the fund Credicorp Capital Fondo de Inversión Inmobiliario Perú to acquire the Santa Luisa project.
The financing, which is secured by an asset trust and a cash flow trust, will enable the development of a real estate project aiming to lease office spaces and that will be run by Credicorp Capital.
Our partner and leader of the transaction, Kiomi Osorio, said “This is an interesting transaction, not only for the project finance structure used, but also because it is a sign that the dynamism of the real estate sector will contribute decisively to the country’s economic revival.”
