Cuatrecasas has advised BTG Pactual on structuring the financing granted to the fund Credicorp Capital Fondo de Inversión Inmobiliario Perú to acquire the Santa Luisa project.
The financing, which is secured by an asset trust and a cash flow trust, will enable the development of a real estate project aiming to lease office spaces and that will be run by Credicorp Capital.
