BBVA and Scotiabank Perú grant financing to Win for approximately PEN 200 million

Cuatrecasas has advised the banks  BBVA and Scotiabank Perú on the structuring and negotiation of syndicated financing totaling PEN 157 million and USD 10 million for the telecommunications company Win Empresas S.A.C. The financing will be used for debt reprofiling and working capital investments for the company’s new projects.

The transaction—carried out under the new collateral security regime that came into force at the start of March 2025—included a package of guarantees to ensure the stability and viability of the financing.
