Santiago Rodríguez

Santiago Rodríguez Chaves represents national and international clients in commercial and administrative lawsuits before national courts, as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings.

In arbitration, he has participated in national and international proceedings under the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce and the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked as an associate at leading Colombian law firms in the areas of arbitration and litigation.
