The concept of equal opportunities is integrated in our corporate culture. We promote effective gender equality in all practice areas and work groups, and we anticipate any signs of discrimination. All new employees receive gender equality training. Our Equality Plan is being adjusted and is now pending the most representative labor unions being available to negotiate a new plan in accordance with current regulations.
