Nuno Lima da Luz is an expert in advising companies operating with Web3, as well as in developing blockchain solutions involving asset tokenization, ICOs and IDOs, NFT marketplaces and the implementation of smart contracts.
He also assists clients with regulatory impact assessments of the mentioned activities and on their registration with the regulatory authorities.
He has experience in the banking and finance, insurance, health and telecommunications sectors.
He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
He is chair of Associação Portuguesa de Blockchain e Criptomoedas.
He is co-author of the chapters on Portugal in "The Privacy, Data Protection and Cybersecurity Law Review", 7th Edition (2020).
He teaches the module “Regulatory framework in Portugal and the European Union” in the Postgraduate studies in Web 3.0, blockchain and cryptoeconomics at Instituto Superior de Administração e Gestão do Porto.
He participated in the first BlockChain & SmartContracts course organized by the CATÓLICA-LISBON and Técnico+.
