Specializing in competition law, intellectual property and data and consumer protection.

Natalia Fernández López specializes in competition law, intellectual property and data protection and technology. She has represented national and international companies in litigations and administrative investigations. She advises on the notification and request for pre-evaluation of different transactions and advises clients on the protection and disposal of intangible assets.

Before joining Cuatrecasas she worked at Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce and at leading Colombian law firms.

Natalia lectured on business and competition law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, both at undergraduate level and in different specializations.

She is a member of several important associations, including the Colombian Competition Law Association and she participates in conferences and publications in her field.
