Natacha Branco focuses her practice on banking and finance law, particularly advising management companies and collective investment entities on contractual and corporate issues. She also advises credit institutions and investment firms on prudential and behavioral aspects, as well as on anti-money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
She handles the processing of regulatory procedures before the supervisory authorities and the incorporation of investment funds and collective investment companies, and designs governance and compliance structures.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked at at the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários and at other law firms in Portugal.
She speaks regularly at conferences and specialty courses in investment funds.
She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
