Manuel Follía has advised national and international companies on corporate, acquisition (LBOs and MBOs) and real estate financing transactions, infrastructure and project financing, asset and aircraft financing, audiovisual and media financing, and debt refinancing. He represents companies and lenders, advises financial institutions and institutional investors (hedge funds and capital venture funds) and is a reference for key market players.
He is a member of the Latin American Desk and of the Cuatrecasas Real Estate Group.
He has worked at top-level international firms and carried out a secondment at Banco Sabadell in its corporate, infrastructures and energy departments.
He is a collaborating lecturer of business law at ESADE Business & Law School, Universitat de Barcelona, the Catalan Association of Architects, and ESCAC Cinema and Audiovisual School of Catalonia.
He is the author of several articles on legal aspects of financing transactions, distressed debt and corporate governance in prestigious national and international journals, including IFLR, Global Legal Group and Aranzadi.
