Laura Pinzón advises on the structuring of large logistics, corporate, commercial and housing projects in Colombia, including due diligence processes, share sales, build-to-suit contracts, trust contracts and all contracts related to real estate assets.

She also advises on the financing of real estate assets and M&A transactions involving those assets.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, Laura worked at top law firms in Bogotá, one of Colombia’s main real estate funds and at the most important financial institution in Colombia.
