Catalina Herrera

Catalina Herrera has over 10 years’ experience in the Colombian financial sector and specializes in advising financial institutions—including multilaterial agencies, commercial banks, sponsors and trust companies—on complex financing transactions, corporate credit, and national and transnational projects.

In the last two years before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked as the chief legal officer for two trust companies in Colombia, advising on structuring, negotiating and implementing different trust businesses, including agency business for structured finance.
