Alberto Zuleta is an expert in dispute resolution, handling proceedings at all court levels in Colombia, as well as proceedings with public administration entities and oversight entities. His outstanding track record in arbitration includes internal and crossborder proceedings under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) and the arbitration centers in Colombia.
He also handles competition investigations and litigation proceedings before Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), as well as matters relating to unfair competition practices and merger reviews.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at leading international law firms in Colombia.
