Afonso Moucho Diogo advises on national and international arbitration—institutionalized and ad hoc—and various legal disputes over a range of matters, including post-M&A, corporate, projects, energy and distribution, and banking and finance.
He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
He is a guest assistant lecturer at the Católica Lisbon School of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, lecturing on Civil Procedure–General Part (since 2023) and Criminal Procedure (since 2016).
He is the author of several publications and articles on arbitration.
