PSN sells AMIC Seguros Generales and expands insurance distribution network with Grupo GES

Cuatrecasas has advised Previsión Sanitaria Nacional (PSN), a fixed premium insurance and reinsurance company, on selling AMIC Seguros Generales S.A.U. to Grupo GES, and on entering into a partnership with the group for the distribution of non-life insurance.

Once the transaction is completed, subject to the required authorization of the Spanish Directorate-General of Insurance and Pension Funds, AMIC will be integrated into Grupo GES. PSN will begin marketing auto, multi-risk and civil liability insurance of GES Seguros y Reaseguros S.A., death insurance of Almudena Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros S.A. and insurance solutions for AMIC.
