Expert in insurance company taxation and in social welfare, and in tax planning for all kinds of restructuring transactions, financing, issues, and financial agreements and transactions, as well as in investment structures by international investors in Spain.

Rebeca Rodríguez specializes in insurance company taxation, and in social welfare, providing both institutional and product-related advice. She has participated in several M&A transactions involving Spanish and international insurance companies.

She is also an expert in securitization, having participated in many debt instrument issues and derivative transactions, and has advised on many corporate and high-yield bond issues. In recent years, she has advised on bad debt acquisitions and transactions with non-performing loans (NPLs), involving corporate loan portfolios, as well as on secured debt restructuring transactions, and has particular experience in the real estate sector. She also specializes in the structure of investments by international investors in Spain.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

She lectures in the Master in Tax Consultancy at IE Business School and speaks regularly at conferences and talks.
