Javier Sola is an expert in labor litigation and legal practice. He advises on collective bargaining negotiations and industrial agreements, restructuring, business successions and outsourcing, special employment relationships of senior management, as well as advising on social security matters and health and safety at work. He advises Spanish and foreign companies from different sectors, particularly tourism and leisure groups, hotel groups and airlines, on an ongoing basis.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. He speaks regularly at the Association for Progress in Management (APD), the Confederation of Business Associations of the Balearic Islands (CAEB), the Spanish Association for Management and People Development (AEDIPE), the Balearic Social Graduates Association, the Balearic Association of Economists, and the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands (ICAIB).
Since the 2016-2017 academic year, he has been an associate lecturer of labor law and social security law on the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at the Universitat de les Illes Baleares.
