Wellma’s strategic partnerships with Nutrifundiet and Nutraresearch to strengthen position in Europe

Cuatrecasas has advised Wellma, a leading European group in the development and production of nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals, in its strategic partnerships with Nutrifundiet, a niche focused developer and manufacturer of nutraceutical gummies, and Nutraresearch, a leading nutraceutical CDMO and R&D center.

Both transactions will contribute to Wellma’s strengthening as a leading European group in the development and production of nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals, by partnering with entrepreneurial companies to support their growth journeys and together create a leading value proposition of high-quality products to its customers. Thus, the partnership with Nutrifundiet opens the doors to the high-growth gummy sector, and the agreement with NutraResearch boosts Wellma’s innovation efforts and further strengthen its presence in Europe.
