Max Thierfelder

Max Thierfelder has extensive experience in M&A, venture-capital transactions, joint ventures and other corporate restructuring transactions, both on the national and international level. He has focused his practice on representing public and private companies, venture capital firms and other strategic investors, as well as VC-backed emerging companies in a large variety of sectors including sport, media & entertainment, infrastructure, energy and financial institutions.

He lectures on private contract law in the Official Master's Degree for Admission to the Bar at Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE.

He has been ranked for two consecutive years among "Ones to Watch for Spain" by Best Lawyers in the category of Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Max is a member of the firm’s German Desk. He is also a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (2015).
