San Martín Contratistas Generales secures financing under UK law

Cuatrecasas has advised San Martín Contratistas Generales on the structuring and obtaining of financing for up to USD 8,898,660 under UK law.

This transaction has enabled the leading mine construction company to secure financing from an export credit agency (ECA), which will be used to purchase and renew the machinery and precision equipment required to develop its activities.

Finance partner Aldo Reggiardo, who led the transaction, said: “We are pleased to have had the opportunity to advise San Martín Contratistas Generales on the structuring and implementation of ECA financing under UK law. This transaction will enable our client to acquire certain machinery and equipment required to continue to efficiently carry out operations in the mine construction industry.”
