Alejandro Zorrilla

Alejandro Zorrilla advises national and international clients on corporate finance and project finance transactions, as well as on complex corporate restructurings between Peruvian and foreign companies. He also advises clients on banking and finance law.

He is a founder member of Círculo de Estudios de Ciencia Política and of Círculo de Estudios de Derecho Civil Patrimonial (Universidad de Lima).
