New Informative Notes from Infarmed

Between the 6th of June and the 4th of July 2024, Infarmed issued several Informative Notes addressing the medicinal products currently under suspension and the ratified lists of Homogeneous Groups and unit reference prices.

Informative Note no. 034/CD/100.20.200, issued on the 7^th of June 2024 (available here) conveys an updated list of medicinal products whose export is currently under temporary suspension The export of these products is temporarily suspended to facilitate the normalization of supply for critical medicinal products that were in short supply in May, as well as medicinal products that are currently being supplied under an exceptional use authorization;

Informative Note no.035/CD/100.20.200, issued on the 7^th of June 2024 (available here), provides an updated list of Homogeneous Groups and corresponding unit reference prices. These are slated for implementation throughout the third quarter of 2024 and officially took effect on the 1st of July, 2024;

Informative Note no. 046/CD/100.20.200, issued on the 4^th of July 2024 (available here), delivers the ratified list of Homogeneous Groups and unit reference prices, which are to be enforced in the third quarter of 2024 and which will come into effect on the 1st of August, 2024.
