Vanessa Castelló is an expert in tax litigation in Spain and European Union.
She advises on preparing and processing administrative and court claims and appeals in all instances and before all types of national and supranational courts. She also handles tax management, collection and inspection proceedings. She specializes in advising large estates on personal and wealth tax and advises clients in the sports and entertainment sector from a tax litigation perspective.
She lectures in the Master in Tax Consultancy at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF).
She speaks at seminars organized by the Management Progress Association’s Tax Club and the AEDAF, and is the author of several publications specializing in tax litigation.
