Santiago Rojas Molina specializes in arbitration and international public law. He has ample experience in international arbitration (commercial and foreign investment arbitration), particularly in representing states and investors in complex disputes, covering sectors such as construction, energy and transport.
He has lectured at Escuela de Política y Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad Sergio Arboleda (Colombia). He has also taught on courses in international arbitration at Academia Colombiana de Derecho Internacional (ACCOLDI). He frequently speaks on his specialty areas at conferences, courses and seminars.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked as an associate in the international arbitration department at Dechert (Paris) LLP. He has also worked as a consultant at the Colombian Agency for Legal Defense of the State and as an assistant at the United Nations International Commission in Switzerland.
