Salvador José Llopis is an expert in tax inspection and collection proceedings, and in litigation concerning all types of taxation and in all types of courts (tax boards, high courts of justice, the Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court, and the Court of Justice of the European Union). He is also an expert in protecting taxpayers’ rights in home searches carried out by the tax authorities and in the treatment of tax credits in insolvency proceedings.
He lectures and speaks regularly on finance and tax law, particularly on tax litigation matters, at business schools and professional and business forums: CEF Center for Financial Studies, Institute of Economists of Valencia, Institute of Economists of Castellón, Administrative Agent Associations of the Autonomous Region of Valencia, Spanish Association for Management Progress (APD) and Wolters Kluwer.
He was appointed as a member of the panel for the awards Premio Estudios Financieros 2023 (Tax category), organized by CEF Center for Financial Studies.
He is the author of several specialized articles, reports and press releases on defending taxpayers’ interests in relation to the actions of the tax authorities.
