Pedro Baptista Lima

Pedro Baptista Lima advises national and multinational companies from all business sectors on labor law for individuals and groups, particularly assisting them in hiring processes and with contract types. He advises companies on the daily management of labor relations, including organizing disciplinary proceedings and planning and implementing internal labor policies.

He also regularly advises on restructuring processes and international mobility programs, an area in which he has relevant experience due to participating in secondment projects with multinational companies.

He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked as a labor lawyer in another law firm in Portugal.
