Patricia Pugnaire specializes in civil and commercial litigation in Spain , particularly advising on pre-litigation and litigation matters for corporate disputes.
She advises national and international clients on civil and commercial lawsuits, with a particular focus on pre-litigation and litigation advice in relation to corporate disputes, as well as advising on directors' liability, challenging corporate resolutions, contentious general shareholder meetings and boards of directors, shareholders’ right of separation and non-compliance with shareholders agreements.
She also has experience in lawsuits over contractual and non-contractual civil liability, banking law, consumer and insurance law, and due diligence in litigation.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked in the litigation practice of a leading Spanish law firm.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club, and of the association Women in a Legal World. She is a member of the latter’s Internationalization Committee and actively participates in the association’s mentoring programs.
