Nathalie Medina advises national and international companies on international business, as well as on tax, finance, corporate and capital market matters.
Her practice includes (i) handling national and international business reorganizations; (ii) structuring and negotiating national and international financings; and (iii) advising on syndicated loans, financing guarantee schemes and debt issuance (bonds). She negotiates and drafts leasing contracts and contracts for local and international derivative instruments (following ISDA standards).
She also advises national and international clients on trusts, and estate planning and management.
She has written several publications and lectured on tax law at Universidad de los Andes and Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA).
She is a member of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law (ICDT) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and a founding member of the Center for Procedural Law Studies (CEDEP).
