Natalia Villamizar specializes in corporate law, M&A and business restructurings, and advises on regulatory and risk issues. Currently, she focuses her practice on advising national and international clients on transactional matters, including managing investment vehicles and negotiating share and asset sale agreements, joint ventures and shareholders agreements.
In infrastructure, she has participated in many transactions to buy and sell highway concessions, as well as handling public transport infrastructure projects, energy generation and transmission infrastructure projects, and social infrastructure projects (health and education).
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked at leading law firms in Colombia and in the US.
