She handles financial, corporate, contractual and regulatory matters related to M&A transactions, including matters involving regulated entities, e.g., universal banks, fintech institutions and brokerage firms.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked for leading law firms specializing in tax, corporate and transactional law.
