María Fernanda Gaminio specializes in international arbitration and litigation, mainly in energy and infrastructure.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she was representative of the state-owned company Comisión Federal de Electricidad in international commercial arbitration proceedings against national and international companies in the Mexican electricity sector and, previously, she worked for a leading international law firm in Mexico City.
She has participated in strategic human rights lawsuits and also has extensive experience in international arbitration.
