Margarida Baptista Matos

Margarida Baptista Matos focuses her practice on representing clients in preliminary negotiations and on civil and commercial litigation in a variety of matters. She particularly specializes in advising domestic and international clients on common declaratory judgments and class actions of private enforcement and consumer law related to the automotive, banking, retail trade sectors and e-commerce.

She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.

She is co-author of The Class Actions Law Review: Portugal, Law Business Research, 2023.
