Kei Kanashiro

Kei Kanashiro focuses her practice on tax consultancy, foreign investment and tax planning. She has advised national and international companies on various matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tax structuring and tax optimization transactions. She particularly focuses on the tax treatment of investments made through investment funds and trusts. She also advises on tax litigation proceedings and audits before the tax authorities.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked in tax and legal consultancy at one of the Big Four law firms in Peru.

She was assistant to the chair for undergraduate courses in income tax and general sales tax at Universidad de Piura.
