Specialist in national and international commercial transactions and corporate restructurings, including capital markets and M&A transactions, private equity investments and joint ventures in various sectors and industries.
Julia Signes advises companies, including listed companies, on all aspects of corporate law and on corporate governance, as well as on preparing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
She developed part of her career in London, working in the firm’s London office from 2017 to 2018. She is once again based in the London office (since January 2020,) where she advises financial institutions, hedge funds and private equity funds on debt restructurings and distressed investment transactions.
She has lectured on corporate law in the Bachelor of Business Administration and in the Bachelor in Global Governance, Economics & Legal Order at ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona (Universitat Ramon Llull). She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
