Íñigo Quintana has advised on many determinations of damages in disputes relating to building projects and company sales in recent years.
He has acted as counsel and arbitrator before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), the Construction Industry Arbitration Council (CIAC) and in ad hoc international arbitrations. He has represented clients in legal claims before Chilean, Egyptian, Finnish and French courts and often handles international disputes based on comparative law.
He participates in the private international law section of the American Bar Association (ABA), where he has participated in various panels on complex international arbitration. He is a member of the Biscay Bar Association. He lectures on private international law (conflict of laws) in the Master of Laws at IE Law School.
