Flavia Terrés

Flavia Terrés advises on commercial and corporate law and company sales transactions, and on the following agreements: asset sales, investments, collaboration, and joint venture.

She also advises national and international private companies on contractual and commercial matters, including (i) corporate restructuring transactions, (ii) structural changes of mergers, (iii) spin-offs or international transfers of registered office, and (iv) general commercial contracts.

Flavia mainly handles the private equity, private M&A, and infrastructure and energy sectors.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
