Advising on domestic and international civil, commercial and criminal litigation and arbitration; alternative dispute resolution; and white collar and compliance matters. 
Fernanda Montes advises on (i) dispute resolution proceedings, and (ii) national and international civil and criminal lawsuits and arbitration proceedings. She also advises clients from a wide range of industries on white collar and compliance matters.

She participates in arbitrations in construction, energy and infrastructure, and civil lawsuits relating to financial disputes, securities brokerage and investment funds.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked at a leading law firm in Chile and at a boutique law firm specializing in criminal lawsuits and compliance.

She was an assistant to the chair of constitutional law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
