Elisabet Calzada has extensive domestic and international experience in internal flexibility, organizational change and modification of employment conditions.
She is particularly focused on legal innovation stemming from new technologies (such as big data, artificial intelligence, and social networks), and diversity and sustainability in labor relations.
She is the author and co-author of several collective works and monographs, as well as of articles in prestigious legal journals and financial newspapers.
She speaks at seminars on different aspects of employment law and coordinates the ESADE Employment Relations Forum (Barcelona).
She is a member of the Cuatrecasas Gender Equality Committee (appointed by the firm’s board of directors in 2019).
