Diogo Gaspar advises on different areas of public law, particularly focusing on environmental law (water and waste), town planning law, regulated sectors and judicial reviews.
From 2019 to 2022, he worked at SLCM - Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, a full-service law firm with over 60 years of activity that merged with Cuatrecasas in 2023. Previously, he worked at another law firm in Portugal.
He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
