Member of Knowledge and Innovation Group, specializing in international tax.

Diego Arribas specializes in tax planning for large national and international business groups, including advising on international tax applied to individuals (e.g., tax residence and impatriate regime) and to companies (e.g., tax treatment of dividends and capital gains, application of double tax treaties, EU law, and the implications of the OECD’s Pillar Two model and the BEPS Plan).

He completed a secondment in the knowledge management department of the Dutch law firm Loyens&Loeff in Amsterdam. He is a member of the Spanish Financial Law Association.

He is an associate lecturer at Universidad de Zaragoza and a senior lecturer at the School of Legal Practice at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He is also coordinating lecturer of the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law and to the Profession of Court Agent (procurador) at CES Cardenal Cisneros, and lectures at several business schools in Spain, including Instituto de Empresa and ISDE.
