David Morgado

David morgado advises on civilan commercial dispute resolution He focuses hispractice on national and international litigation and arbitration, as well as on public-works concession contracts. He represents clients in first and second instance courts, in national and international arbitration tribunals, and in proceedings before the international Chamber of Commerce.

(ICC), the SCC in Sweden, CAM Santiago in Chile, and ad hoc UNCITRAL proceedings. He also handels disputes arisin from construction agreements, service provision agreements, public works consession contracts and share sale agreements.

He was an assistant at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez for the following subjects: Persona y negocio jurídico, Obligaciones, Contratos, Responsabilidad Civil, Derecho de Familia, as well assistant to the university´s arbitration team.

He is a member of the Chile Bar Association and of the Spanish and Ibero-American Club.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he was an associate at two major Chilean law firms.
