Cristina Vila advises national and international clients on M&A transactions, regulatory matters and abuse of dominance.
She advises clients on EU law (internal market, regulated sectors, and the pharmaceutical and biotechnological sector) when dealing with the European Commission, and the Spanish Markets and Competition Commission (concentrations), and when going before the EU courts.
She also advises clients on and defends them in cartel cases in different sectors (waste, paper and cardboard, automotive, and parcel and courier services).
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked in the constitutional law and applied economics departments at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association
